Tofu---The Other White Meat

One of my favorite foods is tofu. I first discovered how good tofu can be eating it in miso soup. In fact, whenever we get Japanese food, not only do I get my own bowl of soup, but I get all the tofu "rectangles" from Mommy and Daddy too. Somehow, they like the soup, but are indifferent about the rectangles. For me, the rectangles are the best part. On discovering this, Mommy has bought me my own big block of tofu. She serves it in a little chicken or beef broth, again cut into delightful rectangles. It's delicion this way. The rectangle is one of the most delicious shapes in my opinion.
