We're making great progress in reading the Bible. It's so cool and exciting. We just finished 2nd Samuel this morning. Right now, David is the king of Israel. He's had so many adventures: dealing with Saul, switching sides and joining the Philistines, switching sides again to Judah, dealing with his son Absalom taking over. Just amazing.

The Bible Project: Update
We're making great progress in reading the Bible. It's so cool and exciting. We just finished 2nd Samuel this morning. Right now, David is the king of Israel. He's had so many adventures: dealing with Saul, switching sides and joining the Philistines, switching sides again to Judah, dealing with his son Absalom taking over. Just amazing.

Hi, Aidan,
It's great to see some new posts! It's been a while!That part of the Bible has a lot of interesting adventures. When I was little, I had this wonderful thick funny book (later known as a comic book and now probably called a "graphic novel" of the Old Testament, so I do know these stories. We also learned many of these stories in Sunday School. It's nice that you and your Dad are doing this together!
