...is no fun. I'd much rather be playing and doing what I want to do, not what somebody else makes me do. We even had homework on the VERY FIRST DAY. Yuck.

Second try: Sorry you're unhappy about school. I would have to tell you that your cousin Emma had a homework assignmenet even before school started! Which was last Monday!
Emma is also feeling bad because she broke a bone in her thumb and has to wear a cast. She would probably be very happy if you sent her a card or note.
Are any of your friends in your new grade? It's always good if there is someone you know and like.
