Division

Back to school. I hate going back. I wish my break could last forever. To make matters worse, math has just gotten twice as tough (multiplication) and I only have half as much time to play as before (division). We're now doing division in addition to multiplication. I don't know why they pose problems that are IMPOSSIBLE in school.

Blech!

My Cake

 

I mentioned that my cake was chocolate, but that was only the beginning. It was a Nascar themed cake with two cars on top and a yellow and black checkered flag pattern on top. In addition to looking cool, it tasted awesome!

Happy Birthday to Me!

 

I turned 9 recently. While I didn't have a formal birthday party, it was a great day. My friends Chris and Jake came over. We played video games, went to Chuck E. Cheese and had...chcoloate cake. I got a lot of cool stuff for my birthday too including the Pokepark game, which I've spent a lot of time playing.

When you live on the east coast, you have to wait until midnight for the ball to come down in Times Square. Out west, it happens at 9pm, right in time for my bedtime. The whole family celebrated an early new year on the east coast by popping the champagne early. Daddy made the cork zing off the ceiling and bounce around the room. I myself am partial to apple juice.
