Outside the box

As you know, I rarely like the straightforward answer to questions. Instead, I prefer to try to think up unusual answers. Now, not everyone likes this approach, but my teach this year sure does. She made a big point of saying how refreshing is that I think "outside the box." Now, the question is, what exactly is the box?

I've found that some very good exampls of thinking outside the box are found in working the Sunday New York Times Crossword Puzzle. You are a little young for that at this point. I don't think that I discovered it until I was sixteen. But it's always good to think outside the box -- not have the usual rsponses. That's how a lot of impottant discoveries have been made.

Thinking out of your "normal" thought process. Look at it with another perspective. Like looking through another person's eyes. Every single person can take the same sentence and make it mean many different things.
